What you’ll need:

1 cup of Spaghetti (cooked till tender)
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1 ½ tsp pepper (add more if you like the heat)
½ cup grated cheese
Salt to taste
Lime juice

How to:

1. Put olive oil and butter in a shallow pan till butter melts. Add the pepper and give it one stir.

2. Tip in spaghetti and a dash of water. Stir a few times and add cheese. Stir some more.

Foodnote: the cheese and butter will make a creamy sauce for the pasta. If you need add more cheese or a splash of water.

3. Add some salt if you think you need it. Serve with a small splash of lime juice.
