Whatever. The designer’s mandate was clearly to save cost and maximise utility. It doesn’t matter.
Where do I even start? One of my favourite places to eat in Hyderabad, I want to inhale plates full of the hot, ghee laden Babai Idli and follow that up with a crispy but complex, almost amber Rava Dosa. Each idli is as soft as a baby’s blanket, and will crumble and melt in your mouth. Each dosa is robust, doused in ghee and immensely satisfying. Don’t order anything but South Indian food and there’s no way you’ll go wrong.
Busy, bustling, eager to get you fed and promptly get you out. The hallmarks of an excellent South Indian restaurant.
